Elnor J. Kyle was born on December 15, 1928 in Jackson, Mississippi. Her parents were Arthur Kyle and Georgie Ann Kyle. Elnor lived in Kansas City, Missouri for most of her life. She attended the University of Kansas and the Kansas City Art Institute. In 1951, her work in watercolor and fashion illustration was included in an exhibition held at St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church in Kansas City. She exhibited her work there in 1954 as well.
She married Floyd E. Paschal on February 9, 1952. In her career, she worked in the art department at Hallmark Cards, Inc. She was a member of Centennial United Methodist Church in Kansas City.
Elnor Kyle died on March 22, 1977.
