Lucille Miller Dolman was born on October 30, 1916 in Kansas City, Missouri. She studied art at the Kansas City Art Institute. Dolman taught at the Wendell Phillips School in Kansas City circa 1950 to 1953. Her paintings were included in an exhibition at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church in 1951.
Lucille Miller Dolman died on January 17, 1999.
